Role Summary
Provide support to the Finance Manager with the daily running of the accounts department, assisting with data entry, raising, and processing invoices and other transactions. Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and audits. Using Sage/Xero and Big Change software packages. Updating of Systems and Spreadsheets.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Provide support to the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the accounts department.
* Raising and processing of sales invoices
* Process supplier invoices
* Checking purchase orders
* Process credit cards, petty cash and expenses
* Help with processing of payroll.
* Assist in the preparation of budget, financial reports and audits.
* Assist with the control of financial targets and budgets in accordance with strategy as determined by the board.
* Assist in controlling asset register.
* Answer and resolve customers and supplier enquiries.
* Perform basic office tasks.
