What You’ll Be Doing as a Key Account Manager
* Supporting the growth and retention of customer relationships.
* Providing a high-quality customer experience by engaging proactively and reactively to ensure customer success.
* Researching customer businesses, identifying key stakeholders, and building positive experiences with Frontline and Chubb.
* Elevating the Frontline/Chubb Client Value Proposition (CVP) within the complex enterprise marketplace.
* Differentiating Frontline through insightful and relevant CVPs that add value to customers’ businesses.
* Engaging key stakeholders to invest in proposals that demonstrate clear benefits.
* Sharing and discussing unconsidered needs to increase customer value.
* Preparing persuasive discussion points to showcase the benefits of Frontline/Chubb CVPs.
* Collaborating with sales and support teams to share insights and accelerate success.
* Achieving sales targets for margin, revenue, and renewals.
What We Would Like You To Bring
* Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical and non-technical concepts clearly.
* A successful track record demonstrating resourcefulness and resilience.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and adapt to new environments.
* Ability to develop sales growth plans for each account to enhance customer experience and increase market share.
* Business acumen and adaptability.
* Relationship-building, rapport creation, listening, and questioning skills.
* Good IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
