Summary
We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to join our dynamic team. As working foreman you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely and to our high standards.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily operations on-site to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
* Coordinate your team onsite, subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety compliance.
* Manage team performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Report project progress and challenges to senior management.
* Implement best practices in construction methods and techniques.
* Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork.
Requirements
* Ability to work away from home.
* Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role in the construction industry and groundwork sector.
* Excellent leadership and management skills.
* Ability to supervise a diverse team effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to read drawings
* Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction.
Pay
Negatable depending on experience.
