You will be responsible for Commercial activity within the contract
Working across multiple busy leisure facilities, you will help drive membership numbers by creating an environment that is friendly, welcoming, and supportive of customers' choices on how, when, and where they are active.
You will support your team to deliver outstanding customer service and promote the benefits of activity in all its forms. Internally, this role is referred to as Contract Placemaker Manager.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading and coaching the membership teams to respond to all membership enquiries from prospective and current members.
2. Following up with individuals who have shown interest but have not joined.
3. Managing enquiries and prospects using provided technology and adhering to established processes and procedures.
4. Monitoring personal and team sales performance and completing reporting requirements within deadlines.
5. Ensuring the team utilizes sales tools and techniques as documented in the Places Leisure Membership management manual and through coaching and training.

About you
You should have experience in membership sales, ideally within a leisure or hospitality environment, and experience in leading teams to meet KPIs.
You should be passionate about health and fitness, possess strong product knowledge, and be capable of communicating the company's vision to your team, ensuring a customer-first approach and clear understanding of objectives.
You will need to demonstrate how you have motivated teams to deliver sales and meet targets during your interview.
