* About the Role:
o Deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering core topics such as mechanics, electricity, waves, and energy.
o Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that facilitate hands-on experiments, data analysis, and problem-solving, ensuring students develop a strong understanding of physics concepts and scientific methodologies.
o Assess student progress through lab reports, presentations, and assessments, providing detailed and constructive feedback to support their scientific development in physics.
o Contribute to extracurricular science activities or clubs to further students' interest in physics.
* Ideal Candidate:
o Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Physics or a related science.
o A good understanding of the secondary physics curriculum and effective teaching strategies for the subject.
o Proficiency in laboratory techniques, data analysis, and the use of scientific equipment relevant to physics.
o Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students in the study of physics.
o A passion for physics education and a commitment to fostering scientific curiosity and critical thinking.
