Patient Coordinator
Location: Central London - Site Based (On-Site)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM (with occasional Saturdays)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a confident, dedicated, and experienced Patient Coordinator to join our client's team in a back-office administrative capacity. This is a behind-the-scenes role, focused on appointment management and administrative support, ensuring an exceptional patient experience from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
Please note that this position does not include commission, as the company believes it is inappropriate to financially incentivise the sale of surgical procedures. However, a discretionary team performance bonus is shared among all staff members based on the overall success of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Coordination & Administration
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients via phone and email, ensuring a seamless journey from inquiry through to treatment and beyond.
2. Deliver accurate information about procedures, pricing, and packages as directed by clinical teams.
3. Maintain professionalism and complete confidentiality in every interaction.
