We are Looking for an experienced cook or chef with classic experience in cooking and a creative flair. Ideally a great baker with brunch experience and able to run busy breakfast shifts.
Ideal candidate demonstrates successful management of a small kitchen with excellent eho standards, food costings, rotas planning and creative exclusion of brunch focused menu and creative cakes.
