Location: Burnley/Nelson
Hours: Full-time and flexible hours
Salary: £13.75 - £14.25 per hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
Your Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child’s individual needs.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent).
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, proactive, and flexible approach.
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service. (or willingness to obtain one).
