Our care home, Viera Gray House, is now seeking a Receptionist. In this role, you will ensure all guests and visitors are given a friendly and professional welcome, whilst maintaining the security of our Home.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the home's Receptionist, you will:
* Deal with general correspondence and administrative matters
* Handle telephone queries and enquiries
* Perform general filing, photocopying, and organise systems
* Book appointments for the management team
* Manage Covid-Safe visits and undertake PCR and LFT testing
To apply, you will need to have:
* A professional and confident telephone manner
* Computer literacy and confidence in organising appointments
* Strong organisational and communication skills
