Your role will include:
Supporting teachers during lessons across various subjects
Working with students aged 11–16 (or up to 18) to help them stay engaged and on task
Providing one-to-one or small group support, particularly to students who need extra help
Assisting with behaviour management and helping maintain a positive learning environment
Supporting pupils with additional needs, under teacher guidance
