Sous Chef Ideal Profile:
* Experience in a Sous Chef or similar leadership role within hospitality
* Background in a banqueting kitchen with a focus on high-quality food production
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
* A passion for culinary excellence and attention to presentation
* Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively in the absence of the Head Chef
* Commitment to hygiene, food safety, and sustainability standards
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Head Chef with menu planning and food preparation
* Ensuring consistency and high culinary standards across all dishes
* Supervising kitchen operations and maintaining smooth service flow
* Managing food safety protocols and inventory control
* Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills
* Upholding cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
