We are seeking a proactive Technical Assistant to support the Technical and Product Management teams in ensuring customer requirements are met while maintaining high standards of product quality and compliance. Responsibilities
* Support Technical and Product Managers to ensure customer and product requirements are met
* Maintain and update customer and technical team data, including KPIs, packaging specifications, and approved supplier lists
* Support new product launches and seasonal changeovers
* Conduct visits to growers and service providers to support quality management and compliance
* Promote a customer-focused and collaborative approach in all activities
Qualifications
* Educated in Food Safety, Agriculture, or a related discipline
* Understanding of quality and technical standards within the fresh produce or food industry
* Proficient in Power BI or similar data analysis tools
* Confident communication and presentation skills
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams
