The Role:
As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of busy school offices. Typical responsibilities include:
* Managing front-of-house and reception duties
* Answering telephone and email enquiries
* Maintaining pupil records and data systems (SIMS experience beneficial)
* Supporting attendance, admissions, and safeguarding processes
* Providing admin support to senior leadership and teaching staff
Ideal Candidates Will:
* Have previous administrative experience (school-based experience is a bonus)
* Be confident using Microsoft Office and database systems
* Have excellent communication and time-management skills
* Be flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to new environments quickly
* Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
