We are looking for a motivated and organised individual who can work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to tailor care to individual needs. You will maintain detailed, compliant care records and lead your care team to deliver outstanding service. Additionally, you will facilitate seamless handovers, perform routine health checks, administer medications safely, build strong relationships with residents and colleagues, and promote independence while supporting daily living activities.

Requirements:
* Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with Active NMC Nursing PIN
