Job Title: Childcare Lawyer Salary Range: £40,000 to £55,000 Location: Sheffield City Centre (with hybrid working) Contract: Full Time, Permanent Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of public law children matters under legal aid funding. Represent clients in care proceedings, including PLO meetings and court hearings. Work closely with Guardians, Cafcass, local authorities, and other professionals. Conduct advocacy, where appropriate. Ensure compliance with Legal Aid Agency (LAA) requirements and billing processes. Maintain excellent client care and case progression standards.
