We are recruiting a Flying Start Practitioner to join a supportive and child-focused primary setting in Swansea. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in early childhood development during those all-important first years

Your Role
As a Flying Start Practitioner, you’ll support young children in their early development journey through play-based learning and structured activities
Your day may include: Supporting learning through play and exploration Encouraging early language and communication skills Leading songs, storytelling and creative activities Supporting children’s social and emotional development Working closely with staff and families to support progress

What You’ll Need
Level 3 or higher CCPLD qualification (essential) Experience working with young children (preferred) A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach Strong teamwork and communication skills
