A high-growth AI startup is building the infrastructure layer that helps enterprises turn AI initiatives into real, production-grade business impact.


The platform empowers teams to discover, compose, and deploy AI agents at scale, with strong enterprise-grade reliability, observability, and control. The product is already live with early enterprise customers and is now entering a rapid scaling phase.


We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer (backend-leaning) to take ownership of core systems and help define how AI-native platforms are engineered at scale.

🛠️ What you’ll be doing

• Own and deliver end-to-end product features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure

• Build and scale Python-based backend services powering AI workflows (FastAPI or similar)

• Design async, event-driven systems and complex stateful workflows

• Develop intuitive UX for AI products using React / TypeScript / Next.js

• Partner closely with Product, Design, and ML/AI teams

• Improve system reliability, observability, performance, and testing practices

• Contribute to technical direction and engineering best practices

• Support and mentor other engineers through reviews and collaboration


⚙️ Tech Stack

Backend (primary focus):

•Python (FastAPI or similar), async systems, distributed architecture, API design

Frontend:

•TypeScript, React, Next.js

Data layer:

•Postgres (schema design, migrations, optimisation)

AI / Platform (bonus exposure):

•LLM integrations (function/tool calling)

•Streaming systems for real-time UX

•Vector databases

•Agent-based workflows and state management

Security & Auth:

•OAuth / OIDC, JWT, RBAC / ABAC


✅ What we’re looking for

• Strong senior-level experience building production web applications

• Deep backend experience in Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks)

• Solid capability in TypeScript and React

• Experience with SaaS platforms including auth and permissions

• Exposure to LLMs / AI systems is a plus (not essential)

• Strong understanding of databases, especially Postgres

• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

• Strong communication across technical and product stakeholders
