*Job Summary:*We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and qualified *Dental Nurse* to join a friendly and professional dental team. The ideal candidate will support the dental team in all aspects of patient care, including assisting during procedures, maintaining clinical hygiene standards, and ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.*Key Responsibilities:** Assisting the dentist during a wide range of dental procedures (e.g., fillings, crowns, extractions).* Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment in line with infection control protocols.* Ensuring that all clinical areas are clean, well-organised, and compliant with CQC standards.* Recording and updating patients’ records accurately.* Providing chairside support and reassurance to patients throughout treatment.* Managing stock levels of dental materials and ordering supplies as needed.* Taking responsibility for cross-infection control and the decontamination of instruments.* Occasionally assisting at the reception desk, booking appointments, and handling patient enquiries.*Requirements:** Qualified Dental Nurse with a valid *GDC registration*.* Up-to-date knowledge of cross-infection control and clinical best practices.* Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, caring, and professional manner.* Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.* Excellent communication and organisational skills.* Basic IT skills (experience with dental software is a plus).Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per yearLicence/Certification:* GDC (preferred)Work Location: In person
