As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will:
* Provide
Excellent Wait Service: Take orders and deliver food and
beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Make
Menu Recommendations: Answer questions and offer suggestions to
enhance the dining experience.
* Maintain
Cleanliness: Collaborate with team members to keep the shop and
serving areas organised and spotless.
* Handle
Transactions: Operate the POS system accurately and process
payments according to company guidelines.
* Ensure
Compliance: Follow safe food preparation, handling, storage, and
sanitation practices, meeting all health and safety standards.
* Create
a Welcoming Environment: Greet all guests warmly, making them
feel comfortable and valued.
Who We’re Looking For, we’re seeking an individual
who:
* Has prior
experience in food and beverage service (a plus)
* Demonstrates excellent
verbal communication and customer service skills
* Has good
mathematical skills and is comfortable operating a POS system
* Is detail-oriented with
a strong focus on cleanliness and organisation
* Can work
independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Is flexible
and reliable
