About The Role
Oaklands Village is seeking a Receptionist for 10 hours per week. The role involves working 365 days a year, with hours between 6pm - 11pm, Monday to Sunday. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and approachable individual to be the initial contact point for visitors and tenants at Oaklands Village.
The position provides a key contact point for customers and visitors to the Bar, Bistro, and Function rooms, as well as directing them to residential areas within the building.

About You
* You will ensure building security while providing a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused reception service.
* Experience working with the public is preferred, especially in reception or customer service roles.
* Proficiency in ICT, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is required to keep accurate and up-to-date records.
* Knowledge of health and safety policies is advantageous, as you will ensure compliance at all times.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
