The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you may:
1. Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, KS2 or secondary settings
2. Assist children with additional learning or behavioural needs
3. Work alongside teachers to create engaging learning environments
4. Provide one-to-one or small group support
5. Adapt confidently to different school settings
6. No two days are ever the same — making supply work ideal for adaptable, positive and proactive individuals.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for candidates who:
7. Have previous experience working with children that can be referenced
8. Are passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
9. Can build positive relationships quickly
10. Are flexible, reliable and professional
11. Hold (or are willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
12. Drivers are preferred due to the locations of some of the schools, but this is not essential.
