We're looking for a Support Analyst to join our Transportation team based in Salford, Greater Manchester. Location : Salford, Greater Manchester – travel to the office required with some remote working available Hours : 37.5 hours per week We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. What will you be responsible for? As a Support Analyst you'll take ownership of ticket and incident management, overseeing systems upgrades, ensuring effect housekeeping and maintenance and contributing to project delivery. Your day to day will include: Managing user incidents & requests in a timely manner, ensuring swift resolution or further expert engagement Working with 3rd party providers regarding system issues, performing system housekeeping routines & checks Validating and actioning requests for alterations to the system configuration, supporting system upgrade projects and regression testing, liaising with the business regarding any issues, findings or updates they may need to be made aware of Collaborating with the Business Systems Team delivering improvement projects, introducing new or enhanced software, configurations, or functionality aimed at reducing query volumes and increasing user efficiency Delivering remote solutions and coaching to the user base, helping in delivering the outputs from the Business Systems Team strategy.
