Day to Day Responsibilities:
Proactively engaging with candidates via multiple job boards, also seeking out niche skilled individuals
Managing and guiding candidates through recruitment process from the application to start date
Interviewing and screening candidates
Liaising and building relationships with clients to successfully assist with their recruiting needsKey Skills/Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills – you must be able to handle a heavy and fast-paced workload
To enjoy working to targets
Strong IT skills, including the use of MS Office applications (CRM/ATS systems are a bonus)Benefits:
