Senior Software Architect (E-commerce) - £80k‑£120k – Relocate to Rural UK
Our client is looking for an experienced Technical or Software Architect to lead the architectural strategy for high‑traffic e‑commerce and subscription platforms. The role is full‑time, permanent and requires 2–3 days a week onsite in a rural UK location.

What You’ll Be Working With
* Designing scalable architecture across AWS and .NET environments
* Leading a CMS migration to a new version of Kentico
* Building and modernising subscription models, ecommerce journeys, and complex pricing structures
* Integrating with platforms like Stripe and wider business applications
* Ensuring performance, security and maintainability across all technology layers
About You
* Strong background in .NET, C# and AWS architecture
* Experience with ecommerce or subscription platforms
* Solid understanding of scalability, cloud infrastructure and user‑centric design
* A collaborative, mentoring approach to team leadership
* Comfort working with senior stakeholders to influence direction
* A pragmatic mindset and ability to make smart architectural trade‑offs

The Location & Lifestyle
