We currently have an opportunity for a multi-functional Customer Service Assistant (Platform & Ticket Office) to deliver world-class customer service at Farringdon.
This role covers 24-hour operation. Due to shift times, you must live locally and have access to independent transport to ensure punctuality, especially for early shifts when train services may not be available.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you should demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude, strong customer focus, and excellent communication skills, always prioritizing the customer. This role involves working on shifts, including weekends, across various station activities such as ticketing and station dispatching. You will proactively assist customers, manage ticketing using the latest computer systems, and ensure visibility and anticipation of customer needs.
