Store Manager – Loch Rannoch Country Store
Salary: £32,000‑£35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Full‑time, permanent position. Start date: April/May. Location: Kinloch Rannoch Village, Scotland.

We are part of the Loch Rannoch Hotel, Spa & Estate family, offering a unique High‑land retail experience. This role presents an opportunity to lead a local store and support the estate’s growth in the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct hands‑on management of daily store operations
* Personal involvement in customer service and team leadership
* Post Office counter supervision and compliance
* Stock management and supplier relationships
* Financial oversight and performance management
* Team recruitment and development
* Community engagement and relationship building
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven retail management experience (minimum 1 year)
* Experience managing a Post Office counter (preferred)
* Strong leadership with a "lead by example" approach
* Excellent customer service skills
* Financial acumen and business management experience
* Flexibility and commitment to hands‑on store operations
* Strong organisational, multitasking and planning skills
* Scottish Personal Licence (preferred)
* UK work authorisation (required)
