Temporary Training Coordinator/AdministratorRate: £13.85 per hourLocation: SolihullAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, highly organised individual to support a global company based in Solihull. This is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a can-do attitude, and a passion for getting the job done.
1. Support the delivery of pre-planned training and educational events by completing all associated administrative and logistical tasks, including coordination of materials, delegate communications, scheduling, and system updates to ensure smooth and effective event delivery.
2. Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring all information is handled in line with GDPR requirements and internal data protection policies.
3. Maintain accurate budget and financial records related to training activities including processing invoices and tracking spend.
4. Act as the main point of contact for training-related enquiries by managing a shared inbox, triaging incoming requests, responding where appropriate, and escalating queries to the relevant stakeholders.
