Role Overview
Working for a premium B2B product business, the Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager / Campaign Marketing Manager will take ownership of lead generation, campaign delivery, CRM activity, events and high-quality brand content.
The business supplies premium products into the hospitality and commercial interiors space, working with high-end customers across hotels, venues and distributor networks.
The role sits within a small marketing team and reports directly to the Marketing Director.
This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role for someone who can bring pace, structure and commercial focus to the marketing function.
The Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager / Campaign Marketing Manager will be expected to deliver campaigns independently, improve CRM and lead generation activity, support sales with commercially useful marketing materials, and help raise the overall standard of marketing output.
This role is based in West London on a primarily office-based basis during probation, moving to hybrid working after probation.
Responsibilities
* Own and deliver multi-channel lead generation campaigns across email, paid, social and content
* Manage CRM activity, including segmentation, workflows, nurture campaigns and campaign reporting
* Create and manage lead generation assets such as guides, lookbooks, landing pages and gated content
* Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns to prospects, customers and distributor networks
* Support trade shows, industry events and commercial activations from planning through to follow-up
* Work closely with sales to support pipeline generation, target account activity and tailored sales materials
* Produce and brief high-quality content across digital and print channels
* Support product launches, ensuring campaign assets are delivered on time and to a premium standard
* Track campaign performance and report on lead generation, engagement and pipeline contribution
* Work cross-functionally with commercial, product, creative and operations teams
* Bring energy, curiosity and ownership to a growing marketing function
Qualifications
* B2B marketing experience, ideally in a premium, design-led, product-led or hospitality‑adjacent environment
* Hands‑on CRM experience, ideally with HubSpot or a similar platform
* Experience with email marketing, campaign reporting and marketing automation
* Strong written communication skills and the ability to create polished, commercially focused copy
* Experience supporting events, trade shows or customer/distributor activations
* A commercial mindset, with an understanding of how marketing supports pipeline and revenue
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
* Confidence working in a small business or SME environment with limited hand‑holding
* A proactive, curious and self‑directed approach
