Senior Technical Coordinator / Design Manager East London | up to £70,000 + package We're working on behalf of a top-tier residential developer to appoint a Technical Coordinator / Design Manager into what is genuinely one of the most exciting long-term regeneration opportunities currently underway in London. This role sits within a £800m+ multi-phase masterplanned development delivering 1,800+ new homes, alongside commercial and community infrastructure. This is not a package-management role. You'll be the technical lead for a major phase, stepping into a scheme where early groundwork has been completed, with full construction works underway within 18 months. During that period, you'll be heavily involved in planning of future phases, design coordination and statutory processes. There is a clear route to Senior Technical leadership within 2 years for someone who proves themselves, ultimately overseeing multiple phases of the wider development. You can be based from any London site or head office initially, offering flexibility ahead of construction starting on site.
