Corporate Finance Associate (Qualified Accountant)

We’re working with a growing Corporate Finance team in Wiltshire that’s looking to hire a talented Corporate Finance Associate.
You’ll work on acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts/buy-ins, and fundraising projects, gaining hands-on deal experience from day one.
This is a rare opportunity to join a small, entrepreneurial team where you’ll be involved in every stage of the transaction process — from initial pitch through to completion — with direct mentorship from experienced Partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and delivering reports - business plans, information memorandum and financial forecasts.
* Researching and approaching potential buyers / sellers for clients.
* Developing business plans and financial forecasts, with involvement in business valuations, exit planning, fund raising.
* Carry out due diligence work and prepare draft reports.
* Build and review financial models, forecasts, and business plans.
* Manage client relationships and support deals from start to finish
About You
* Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA/ CIMA) — ideally with an audit or commercial background
* Strong interest in Corporate Finance, M&A, or Transaction Services
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Commercially minded, analytical, and detail-oriented
* Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence
