Designer Recruitment are seeking an Order Processor for one of our clients in Kent. Our client is a leading supplier of kitchens and furniture to the retail and contract kitchen market. This position is paying £30,000 - £35,000 per annum. Order Processor duties: Process appliance and kitchen orders accurately and efficiently Input orders into the company order management system Check product availability and monitor stock levels Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers regarding lead times and deliveries Coordinate with sales, design, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment Raise purchase orders where required Track orders from placement to delivery and resolve any issues or delays Update customers with order confirmations, delivery dates, and changes Maintain accurate records of orders, stock, and supplier information Handle order amendments, cancellations, and returns as needed Ensure all orders comply with company procedures and quality standards Order Processor skills: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills Confident using order processing systems, CRM, or ERP software Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle order issues proactively Comfortable working with stock data and reports Order Processor requirements: Previous experience in order processing, administration, or a similar role Experience within kitchens, appliances, construction, or manufacturing (desirable) Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and order management systems Knowledge of kitchen appliances and components (advantageous but not essential) Knowledge of Compusoft Winner (desirable but not essential) Working Hours & Benefits Monday Friday 8am 4pm Pension, private health care scheme, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)\ Designer Recruitment are acting as the employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
