Due to the requirements of the service, we can only consider candidates who hole a full UK Driving Licence for manual vehicles, access to your own car is not required.
The Role
Hallam House is a small 24/7 service set in the rural community of Beeswing. The service supports 5 individuals with complex needs within their own homes, there is also an office on site. In addition to 1:1 and 2:1 supports the service also operates with 2 sleepovers and a Waking Night. There is an element of Moving & Handling, including use of equipment and CALM (Physical Interventions and escape techniques) are in place where required. Community inclusion and Fun are core values to the service therefore it is vital the successful candidate has a UK Manual driving licence. The service is line managed by 2 Team Leaders and a Complex Needs Practitioner Level 2.
