Job Description
3. Own the full budgeting cycle and cash flow forecasting, ensuring accurate implementation and alignment across all departments.
4. Deliver management accounts and dashboards, providing clear insights and variance analysis to support decision-making.
5. Strengthen balance sheet controls and maintain robust financial governance.
6. Review and improve finance processes and systems to drive efficiency and scalability.
7. Build strong relationships with budget holders, challenging assumptions and guiding financial planning.
8. Lead landlord negotiations, manage property-related costs, and oversee commercial agreements.
9. Support growth initiatives through financial modelling for acquisitions and strategic projects.
The Successful Applicant
10. ACA or ACCA qualified with a solid grounding in accounting principles and financial controls.
11. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, ideally within fast-paced or growth environments.
12. Highly skilled in Excel and familiar with NetSuite, with the ability to build and adapt complex financial models.
13. Commercially astute, able to translate financial data into actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
14. Proactive, adaptable, and confident engaging with stakeholders, including landlords and senior leadership.
