Finance Officer £27,000 - £27,468 P/A Eastleigh Full time | Permanent | Monday to Friday Do you have experience of working in an accountancy environment and/or an accountancy qualification? Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Finance Officer to join the team. The main purpose of this role is to work across both residential and commercial expenditure correcting errors and adjusting forecasts. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £27,500 P/A, depending on experience, plus up to 28 days holiday bank holidays, up to 10% employer pension contribution, life assurance of 5 x annual wage, enhanced Paternity pay/leave, and more! This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities will include: Apportioning costs to individual customers, Handling enquiries relating to rent enquiries and service charges Estimating expenditure Monitoring utility costs Reviewing, calculating, setting and issuing of all service charges The ideal candidate: Any experience or knowledge of Service Charge legislation, the Landlords and Tenant Act 1985, the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, or the Service Charge (Consultation Requirements)(England) Regulations 2003) would be highly desirable! You must have experience of working in an accountancy environment and/or an accountancy qualification. Will require excellent numerical and analytical skills and an ability to understand and interpret information.
