What youll do:
Identify and secure new domestic and commercial removals contracts
Build and maintain strong client relationships across sectors
Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations to win business
Work with operations to ensure smooth handovers and client satisfaction
Track and report sales activity, pipeline, and KPI performance
What you need:
5+ years in sales/business development in the removals industry
Proven track record hitting or exceeding targets
Strong knowledge of UK removals processes and pricing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, organised, and commercially aware
