It is unique in the legal sector. Vario is a practice group within Pinsent Masons which incorporates; Flexible Services, Consulting and Technology, Legal Project Management and Managed Legal Services (MLS). This role sits within our MLS team. As the Vario team grows, we are recruiting a Senior Delivery Manager to support our MLS Delivery Managers in ensuring that our teams are delivering a world class legal service to our practice groups and external clients. The role will also develop and bring to life our engagement strategies with both sectors and groups, to ensure that MLS Delivery is providing the range and breath of services required. The successful candidate will: Manage several legal delivery teams, ensuring a high level of service delivery and client satisfactionâ Engage with sectors and groups across Pinsent Masons to identify requirements for new service offerings, with a view to developing new service capability and delivery modelsâ Lead the development of a firmwide engagement approach that will promote utilisation of services and develop effective internal relationshipsâ Input into the ongoing development of our career frameworks and people development agendaâ Actively support the development of client solutions, validating approaches and service models, and supporting / presenting to clients at RfPâs and pitchesâ Effective management of service metrics and commercial frameworks, including resource utilisation, financial management and client service level agreements âOur standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Demonstrable experience of utilising service delivery frameworks to ensure efficiency and promote continuous improvementâ Significant experience in managing the delivery of multi-disciplined legal services in a high volume, multi-location environmentâ Significant experience of influencing stakeholders in a large commercial law firm to promote the benefits of utilising alternative service delivery modelsâ Comprehensive understanding of delivering service models to meet client demand â What can we offer you?
