An exciting opportunity has become available to work within the Care4CE Mental Health Reablement service. We are recruiting a permanent Grade 6 Senior Support Worker for 21 hours per week, 7 hours per day over 3 set days to be agreed on appointment. You will primarily be working between Monday and Friday 9am – 5pm, although some early evenings may be required. The service is based in Delamere House, Crewe but covers the south of Cheshire East.
About the Role
The Mental Health Reablement team provide short-term, practical support to people experiencing mental health issues. This may include support with debt management, housing issues, education, employment, social inclusion, daily living skills, etc. The support focuses on coping techniques, promoting social inclusion and goal setting to support people to maximise their independence. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and the role does involve lone working in the community.
