A day in the life of a Director of Health & Care will involve: Leading the strategic direction of health and care services across the UK. Collaborating with leaders, partners, and stakeholders to shape service delivery. Overseeing operational performance, budgets, and quality assurance. Championing innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement across teams. To be a successful Director of Health & Care, you'll need: Proven senior leadership experience in health and social care environments. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to influence at board level. A collaborative mindset and experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
