Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee operations in our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various medical settings, including long-term care, acute care, and critical care. Requirements: Critical care experience in Level I or Level II trauma centers. Medical office experience with familiarity in EMR/EHR systems such as Cerner, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks. Long-term care experience including assisted living and nursing home settings. Dialysis experience along with IV infusion skills. Experience working with patients in pediatrics, geriatrics, or behavioral health settings. Proven track record in team management and supervising clinical staff. Knowledge of acute pain management, medication administration, catheterization techniques, and basic life support. Familiarity with case management processes and discharge planning for patients with complex needs. Duties Lead and manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and regulations. Supervise clinical staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and patient outcomes. Oversee patient care services, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of care protocols. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for patients, particularly those with developmental disabilities or chronic conditions. Conduct regular staff training sessions on best practices in patient care, safety protocols, and emergency procedures. Manage utilization review processes to optimize resource allocation and improve service delivery. Implement quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. Other Requirements Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle.
