What You’ll Be Doing Mentoring on the Move : Provide on-street training, coaching and guidance in live operational environments. Compliance Champion : Ensure best practices, professionalism, and ethical conduct are upheld in every interaction. Lead by Example : Execute enforcement duties to the highest standard, setting the tone for new recruits. Tactical Guidance : Train and support officers in managing evasions, handling sensitive situations, and engaging with the public. Real-Time Feedback : Monitor performance, deliver constructive feedback, and foster professional growth. Administrative Oversight : Ensure all warrant returns, field reports, and financial documentation are completed accurately. What We’re Looking For Proven success in a field-based enforcement or regulatory role. Strong interpersonal and coaching skills – a natural mentor. Deep understanding of enforcement legislation and ethical standards. Resilience, confidence, and clarity in complex or high-pressure situations.
