Daily Rate: £85 – £100

Are you a dedicated and empathetic SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners? We are currently supporting a welcoming and inclusive school in Huddersfield seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN TA to join their team.
About the Role:
This role involves supporting students with a variety of additional needs including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, and Speech & Language challenges. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping to deliver a personalised learning experience under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCo.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN in school, care, or therapeutic settings
* A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A good understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. TA Level 2/3, CACHE, or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential
* Personal care experience is desired but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
