SAP Finance Business Systems Manager
Location: Greater Manchester (Hybrid, 3 days per week on-site)
Salary: £65,000 + benefits
Are you an SAP Finance specialist with strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA and FICO configuration?
Do you enjoy working closely with Finance stakeholders while still being technically involved in systems improvement and support?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a major FMCG organisation and take ownership of their SAP Finance landscape. You will work with S/4HANA, Fiori and several integrated Finance technologies while acting as the bridge between Finance, IT and external delivery partners.
The role has a strong technical element, so applicants must have practical, hands-on SAP Finance experience, not just functional oversight.
About the Role
You will be the go-to SME for SAP Finance across the business. Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing hands-on SAP Finance application support across S/4HANA, FICO and related Finance systems.
2. Leading the investigation and resolution of incidents, ensuring root-cause analysis and long-term fixes.
3. Carrying out configuration changes, testing, and small enhancements within SAP Finance.
4. Working closely with internal developers and external consultancy partners to design and deliver technical solutions.
