Main Purpose
Support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets and maintaining a well-organised and secure retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Store Manager in leading, motivating and managing the store team to achieve sales and service goals.
* Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Monitor and drive sales performance, implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
* Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, clean and tidy and products are displayed attractively and according to brand guidelines.
* Oversee stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock replenishment.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Cash up in accordance with company policy and procedures.
