Job Purpose
The Global Client Growth Partner is a pivotal leadership role at DEPT®. It aligns with our positioning as “The Growth Invention Company,” focusing on leading, inventing, and growing alongside ambitious clients. In this role you will identify, develop, and nurture strategic relationships, drive revenue growth, and represent DEPT® as a brand ambassador at client and industry events.
What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner and primary point of contact for global accounts.
* Collaborate with clients (including C‑level) to understand business objectives and develop growth hypotheses that deliver business impact, leading multi‑service, multi‑market initiatives.
* Oversee operational success of the global account, owning growth, profitability, and long‑term vision, setting clear goals and building annual growth plans.
* Drive business development by demonstrating commercial impact, pursuing new opportunities, and expanding service adoption through cross‑sell and upsell.
* Work cross‑functionally across business units and regions to ensure seamless delivery of integrated solutions.
* Track and analyze client performance, providing regular reports and insights to demonstrate value and identify optimization areas.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements to inform client strategies.
* Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
* Represent DEPT® at industry events and conferences, showcasing expertise and building brand awareness.
