About the Role As a People Coordinator you'll provide a professional, confidential, administrative and advisory HR and Training service to Brendoncare and all its Colleagues. Support the People Business Partner and the People Services Manager with people related project work, employee relations case work and general day to day tasks. You'll also provide Colleagues with support, service and information in all areas of an employment lifecycle from recruitment, through to job and career changes, training, development and reward. What we're looking for Experience of working in a People/HR related role/function supporting one of more of the following - Recruitment, HR, Learning and Development and Payroll Experience of working with HR and Payroll systems and automated People and Payroll processes An ability to organise and prioritise a demanding and high-volume workload in a fast paced and constantly evolving business An ability to work flexibly and with agility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to tight deadlines Excellent record keeping skills, a strong attention to detail and good analysis of data sets and reports Strong communication skills, an ability to build and maintain relationships and excellent customer service (both internal and external) An interest in continually improving and developing systems and automated processes Competent user of Microsoft packages, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel Ability to travel within the Brendoncare network of sites Evidence of continuing learning and professional development Desirable experience Experience within the Health and Social Care Sector or the NHS CIPD level 3 or 5 or a desire to work towards it Experience of working for a not-for-profit organisation Experience using the Access HRIS platform Why Join Us?
