The Role
As a Hardware Test Verification Architect, you’ll lead the design, development, and deployment of structured test philosophies and strategies across complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and production support teams, you’ll ensure comprehensive test coverage, robust diagnostic methods, and seamless integration of test solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement test philosophies and strategies for new and existing products.
• Specify test equipment requirements and ensure alignment with product needs.
• Deploy diagnostic and verification methods to ensure full test coverage.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and design teams to support production test activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across test systems and verification practices.
Skills & Experience
Required:
• Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of development and production test techniques.
• Demonstrable experience implementing test and verification strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired:
• Awareness of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) techniques.
• Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) and structured test strategy development.
• Background in manufacturing collaboration and design-for-testability principles.
