The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, no two days will be the same. Your responsibilities may include:
• Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or on a 1:1 basis
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
• Supporting children with Special Educational Needs where required
• Promoting positive behaviour and a safe, engaging learning environment
• Adapting confidently to different classrooms and age groups
