Care Home Manager Residential (Elderly & Dementia Care)Location: North London (N12)Salary: £40,000 per year + Bonuses
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Care Home Manager to lead a residential care home in North London, supporting up to 23 residents specialising in elderly and dementia care.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up into a leadership role within a CQC-rated Good service, supported by a dedicated off-site operations team.

Role Overview
As Care Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
You will lead and develop your team, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service.
Key Responsibilities
Safe
* Safeguard residents from harm and ensure safe care practices
* Oversee medication management and risk assessments
* Ensure compliance with DoLS and safeguarding procedures
* Conduct safety checks (fire, legionella, etc.)
Effective
* Ensure residents healthcare and nutritional needs are met
* Support staff development through supervision and training
Caring
* Promote dignity, respect, and person-centred care
* Build strong relationships with residents and families
Responsive
* Review and update care plans
* Respond to changing needs and feedback
Well-Led
* Lead staff and resident meetings
* Promote a positive, transparent culture
* Drive continuous improvement and service quality
Requirements
* NVQ Level 5 / RMA / QCF Level 5 (completed or working towards)
* Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
* Minimum 2 years experience within residential care management
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
* Experience in elderly and dementia care (essential)
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* IT literate (care systems, rostering, medication records)
Additional Information

* Must have the right to work in the UK
* Must be able to commute to North London or relocate
