Revenue & Billing Analyst

A well-established, international asset-backed business is seeking a Revenue & Billing Analyst to join its London-based finance team.
This role sits at the heart of revenue, billing and cash collection, working closely with commercial and technical stakeholders to ensure accurate billing, strong cash flow and robust revenue reporting across a complex, multi-currency portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
1. Managing customer billing schedules and accounts receivable
2. Raising monthly, ad-hoc and PAYG billing and credit notes
3. Supporting cash collection, direct debits and ageing analysis
4. Revenue recognition, balance sheet and P&L reconciliations
5. Monthly revenue reporting, accruals and trend analysis
6. Supporting audits and ad-hoc financial analysis
7. Driving process improvements across billing and revenue workflows
Ideal profile:
8. 3+ years' experience in billing, revenue or accounts receivable
9. Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
10. Confident communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally
11. Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines
12. ERP system experience essential (D365 advantageous)
13. Background in asset-heavy, leasing or infrastructure environments beneficial
