Job Duties:
* Assist in the development and implementation of educational programmes
* Support students with special educational needs
* Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress
* Provide one-on-one or group support sessions
* Collaborate with teachers and parents to create individualised learning plans
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Good organisational and time-management abilities
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
Experience:
Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of child development and learning processes
* Knowledge of special educational needs and strategies to support them
* Ability to assess and evaluate student progress
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology
* Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
* Experience using behavioural interventions
Working Conditions:
This role will involve working in a school environment, interacting with students, teachers, and parents. The work hours are typically during school hours, Monday to Friday.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
